If you are living with back pain, join the Low Back Pain Education Program (HEP). If you join, free information will arrive in your mailbox monthly! No classes to attend, just solid information including:

Health Resource List (763 KB PDF): Comprehensive list of Web sites and telephone numbers to locate national and community resources plus information and support regarding the causes and management of back pain.

	You also can call your nearest regional office and ask for a Registered Nurse case manager to discuss the program and receive assistance in enrolling in the Low Back Pain Education Program.
