If you are living with respiratory problems, join the Respiratory Education Program (HEP). If you join, free information will arrive in your mailbox monthly! No classes to attend, just solid information including:

	Sinusitis fact and care sheet	Travel hand soap sheets
	Tips for talking to your doctor	Asthma control CD

Health Resource List (684 KB PDF): Comprehensive list of Web sites and telephone numbers to locate national and community resources plus information and support regarding respiratory care with a special focus on sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and asthma.

	You also can call your nearest regional office and ask for a Registered Nurse case manager to discuss the program and receive assistance in enrolling in the Respiratory Education Program.
