My Blueprint

My Blueprint is an online, self-service center for members, that allows you to:

  • Check your member eligibility.
  • Check your claims status and history.
  • View PHS (personal health statement).
  • Receive e-mail notifications when claims have been processed.
  • Check information on your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
  • Review your Personal Health Record.
  • Find the right doctor through Physician Connection — a tool that provides quality information for physician specialties by allowing members to search by specialty, medical condition, surgery or procedure.

My BlueLine

My BlueLine is an interactive voice response system (IVR), which recognizes speech patterns to answer questions when you call the customer service telephone number (1-800-482-8416) for state employees. The IVR system will immediately answer, and you simply respond verbally to the questions asked by the system. Your questions will be answered quickly and easily. At any time during the call, you can say Customer Service, and your call will immediately be routed to the next available customer service representative. If you call after business hours, you may leave a message for a representative.

With My BlueLine, you can:

  • Get answers to benefit questions.
  • Check status of claims.
  • Request a claim form.

The BlueCard program gives you access to PPO doctors and hospitals almost everywhere, giving you the peace of mind that you’ll be able to find the health-care provider you need.

  • The BlueCard Access number is on the front of the ARBenefits member ID card. BlueCard Access can find PPO participating doctors and hospitals where you need care.
