My BlueLine

My BlueLine is an interactive voice response system (IVR), which recognizes
speech patterns to answer questions when you call the customer service telephone
number (1-800-482-8416) for public school employees. The IVR system will immediately
answer, and you simply respond verbally to the questions asked by the system. Your
questions will be answered quickly and easily. At any time during the call, you
can say Customer Service, and your call will immediately be routed to the
next available customer service representative. If you call after business hours,
you may leave a message for a representative.
