Arkansas Blue Medicare Members Call
Registration is required to participate. Visit ArkansasHealthyBlue.HealthMine.com to register and find the full list of 2024 eligible healthy behaviors that can earn rewards. If you do not have internet access, call Healthy Blue Rewards Customer Service at the number above. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Central.
Maximum annual rewards of $265 per year. Per CMS regulations, gift cards for big-box retailers will be limited to select departments including but not limited to food, clothing, and other departments to be detailed on the HealthMine website. Total rewards amount is dependent on eligibility for specific healthy behaviors, which will vary by individual. One reward per healthy behavior per year, and dates of service must be in the current plan year. Rewards will be administered once the claim is processed, which can take up to 90 days.
