Get Rewarded for Your Healthy Behaviors
With Health Advantage, making healthy choices has never been more rewarding. Health Advantage members can earn rewards for completing eligible activities. It’s all part of our commitment to improving your health and well-being.
The Blue Wellness Rewards program will offer rewards for completing individual health activities that can be redeemed for gift cards ranging from $15 to $200.
How Does It Work?
- Visit blue.welltherewards.com.
- Enter your phone number, date of birth and zip code.
- Check your email for a message from Weallth to confirm your account creation.
After you create your account and finish a suggested health activity, you will receive a Wellth Rewards card in the mail.
Every time you finish one of the activities listed below and mark it complete in your account, money gets added to your card. You can use that money to buy food, gas or things you need at home.

Total rewards are based on eligibility for certain health actions, which will vary by person. Members may not qualify for all health actions. One reward per health action per year. Dates of service must be in the current plan year.
Rewards will be given out once the claim is processed, which can take up to 90 days. Health actions that earn rewards are subject to change.

Total rewards amount is dependent on eligibility for specific healthy behaviors, which will vary by individual. One reward per healthy behavior per year and dates of service must be in the current plan year. Rewards will be administered once the claim is processed, which can take up to 90 days.
