Eligible¹ members can make a one-time payment online with a check, credit or debit card by visiting our secure, mobile-friendly payment site or sign in to Blueprint Portal to make a one-time payment. No transaction fee applies.

AutoPay

Eligible¹ members can sign in to Blueprint Portal to set up AutoPay with a check, credit or debit card. No transaction fee applies.

Set up autopay by mail with bank draft form

If you prefer to set up automatic payments offline, you can submit a pre-authorized bank draft form based on your plan type. Not applicable for credit card payments.

Mobile app

Download our app and, if eligible¹, pay with a check, credit or debit card inside Blueprint Portal. No transaction fee applies.

By phone

Eligible¹ members can make payments using a check, credit or debit card when you call 800-354-9904.

In person

At an Arkansas Blue Cross location

Bring your member ID or account number to any Arkansas Blue Cross location to pay with a credit or debit card, check, checking or savings account, money order or cashier's check.¹ No transaction fee regardless of payment type.

By mail

You can send a check or money order to us as outlined below. Remember to include your member ID or account number.
