For eligible members living with back pain, join the Low-Back Pain Education Program.

If you join, free information will arrive in your mailbox quarterly! No classes to attend, just solid information including:

  • How to care for your back manual
  • Management of spine and disk problems
  • Understanding your pain
  • Tips to prevent pain and treating a back attack
  • A free manual back massager
  • Exercise, posture and other tips to protect your back
  • Back Fitness brochure and diary
  • A self-care guide for back pain
  • Drawings of back pain conditions
  • All About Your Medicines

  4. You also can call your nearest office location and ask for a Registered Nurse case manager to discuss the program and receive assistance in enrolling in the Low Back-Pain Education Program.
