Includes access to a National PPO network for the following plans: HA Platinum Premier National, HA Gold Premier National, HA Silver Elite National, HA Bronze National plans.
Member ID cards have “PPO” in the bottom right.
Without BlueCard
TrueBlue PPO without BlueCard offers a network of providers supporting in-state benefits.
Plans purchased directly or through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Includes access to an in-state provider network and applies to the following plans: HA Platinum Standardized, HA Silver AH (ARHOME), HA Silver Standardized, HA Bronze Exp Standardized, and HA Gold Standardized plans.
Member ID cards do not have “PPO” in the bottom right.
