1095B tax forms will not be mailed in 2022

Under the Tax Cut and Jobs Act, Americans no longer need to verify proof of insurance coverage when they file their calendar year 2021 federal tax return. Due to this change, 1095B forms will not be mailed in 2022. If you still want a 1095B, you can access it through Blueprint Portal beginning March 2.

  Little Rock, AR 72203-8069

Under the law, Health Advantage must furnish a copy of a 1095B to the responsible individual within 30 days of receiving the request of receiving the request after the March 2 deadline.
