Go paperless

When you sign up for paperless delivery, you'll receive notifications about your claims documents through your inbox, not your mailbox. You can view, download or print your documents any time.

How to go paperless:
  1. Sign in to My Blueprint
  2. Go to the Settings link in the top right to add or verify your email address
  3. Check the "Email Me" box in the Claims documents section
  4. Select the Save button

You're all set! You'll now receive claims notifications by email.

Go mobile

Download our mobile app to access your claims information in My Blueprint on the go. With the app you can also:

  • View your member IDs and send via email or fax
  • View pharmacy ID and information like prescription history and refill orders (where applicable)
  • See your Personal Health Record -- helpful when you're filling out medical forms
