Eligibility: All Baptist employees on a Health Advantage plan and Arkansas Blue Cross employees on the company health plan are eligible.
Promotional Period: Entries are accepted online starting on or about May 17, 2021. All online entries must be received by September 1, 2021.
How to Enter: The first 200 Baptist employees who register or sign in to the Blueprint portal or through the BETA app will receive a plush beach towel. You can also provide feedback through the form and be entered to win one of the five grand prizes. One sign up per eligible member and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices. For Arkansas Blue Cross employees, grand prizes are taxable through their employer. Grand prizes won during the Blueprint Portal BETA promotion will be included in the winning employee’s taxable compensation in the calendar year in which it was received.
