Mental health/substance use disorder providers
Health Advantage believes strongly in the concept of whole-person health – and that behavioral health is a key component of overall well-being.
Accordingly, we offer a number of resources that are intended to support our valued healthcare providers in addressing the needs their patients may have in the areas of mental and behavioral health, including substance use.
Disclaimer: We strive to be helpful by offering reference materials such as these, but these tools should not be regarded as a guarantee of coverage, payment or exclusion. Also, our representatives do not have the ability to provide advance advice to individual providers on billing codes, reimbursement or how claims should be filed. To verify a member’s eligibility and coverage, providers must follow the established process for an organizational determination/benefit inquiry.
